1Definitions

Service means the www.gophergo.io website and the mobile application operated by Gopher, Inc.

Personal Data

- Contact Information, including name, address, email address, phone number, and other contact information provided.
- Account and Profile Information, including name and credentials, privacy settings and notification preferences, pictures, and other information you add to your Gopher profile.
- Identification Documentation and Signature for Age-Restricted Products, including driver's license or other government-issued identification, which we may process in limited circumstances such as an order for an age-restricted product (e.g. alcohol) and for legal and regulatory compliance.
- In-App Communications, including the content of in-app messages between customer and worker, SMS/text messages, chats, phone calls, and emails with us related to our Services, customer support inquiries, the date and time of communications, the channel used, call recordings (if applicable), and outcomes or resolutions from those communications.
- Shared Content, including reviews and ratings of a customer or worker from a completed request, or photos you upload.
- Payment Information, including credit or debit card information used to make purchases. Payment information is primarily stored and processed by our third-party provider (Stripe); however, we may store limited payment-related information such as the last four digits of a payment card.
- Activity and Transactions on the platform, including items purchased, services ordered, request order history, special instructions (e.g. delivery preferences), transaction amounts, and promotional codes used or received.
- Geolocation Information (Gopher Go App Only), if you have consented by enabling location access, including precise location while our apps run in the foreground or background. You may use our Services without enabling precise location; however, this may impact your experience, including delivery accuracy and the availability of certain features. If you have not allowed precise location, we can only determine your approximate location.
- Device Information, including information about the computers, tablets, phones, and other devices you use to interact with us, internet-protocol address, device-based identifiers, operating system and version, preferred language, hardware model identifiers, and browser type and settings.
We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of any or all of these communications by following the unsubscribe link or instructions in any email and/or SMS we send, or by contacting us.
Usage Data
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or access it through a mobile device ("Usage Data").
